In the wiki Marketing and Advertising using New Media I added two sections:Scholarly Articles and New Media In Business- Real Stories. Scholarly Articles tried to give its viewer a pic to some of the research that is done behind the scene of marketing and new media. It also offered a retrospect to what was the traditional way of marketing before new media came along. At last it suggested some real insight to the relationship within marketing and the aspect of gaining competitive advantage through customer satisfaction and customer retention. The second addition New Media In Business- Real Stories tried to follow up on new usage of new media as well as old usage that are been turn around (i.e Twitter).
