Privacy & Confidentiality

Many new media websites contain part or parts in relation to privacy and confidentiality. In Facebook for example one can opt out from certain personal information to be shown to the general public. Facebook now offer the degree of privacy in which one can chose to reveal his or her information to just friends or to everyone. The degree of disclose is also refer to what date you want to unveil - just your posts, only you privet information etc. Another side of privacy and confidentiality can appear on “privacy” tab. It usually suggests the terms and condition in which the website will release privet information such as date of birth, address and even comments. As coloration between individuals through new media website increases there will be a growing concern for privacy and as a spill over affect for confidentiality.
